Exhibition of Baking Competition Achievements

   The Western Cooking Competition Event of the “Silk Road Craftsman” (Beijing Cup) International Skills Competition ended with success in the Changying Campus of the Beijing Jinsong Vocational High School. During the competition, 22 foreign and domestic competitors from different countries and with different cultural backgrounds and eating habits showed their talents and their marvelous works. During the 2.5-hr competition, the competitors really astonished the judges and the spectators with their skillful cooking techniques, strong practical abilities, appropriate expression levels, and inspiring innovation consciousness. Three competitors from the Beijing Jinsong Vocational High School won the awards after judges’ strict assessment.
