Exhibition of Baking Achievements

This is the ongoing first “Silk Road Craftsman” International Skills Competition, which was officially kicked off on the afternoon of June 26. Besides baking, the competition also has western cooking, cake decorating, children's theme painting, playing and singing of children's songs, etc. The competition was held not only in the Beijing Fengtai Vocational High School, but also in Beijing youth Politics College, Beijing Jinsong Vocational High School, etc.

        It was reported that 123 competitors from 26 vocational colleges of 7 countries including China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Iran and Italy involved incompetition. The Chinese competitors include the students form 38 secondary vocational schools or the higher vocational colleges from Beijing, Hebei, Shandong and Jiangsu.
